We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Head, Financial Control

Job Location: Anambra

Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the strategic architect of the company's future.
The CFO is responsible for ensuring the company has the capital to grow, the resilience to survive market volatility, and a clear path to long-term profitability.

Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning & Capital Allocation:

Evaluate expansion strategies
Determine the capital structure of the organization to fund operations while minimizing the cost of capital.
Appraising and approving large-scale Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) for capacity and business expansion.

Risk Management & Hedging:

Commodity hedging, through managing the risk of price spikes in raw materials (e.g., copper, aluminum, and compounds) using financial derivatives, forecasting, and forward contracts.

Requirements

8 to 10 years in senior finance roles (e.g., Financial Controller, Finance Director, or Head of Finance).
Professional Certifications: ACCA, CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant).
